Instrucciones How to operate Keyless Start

A continuación, se indica cómo usar el arranque sin llave (si está equipado) para arrancar y apagar el vehículo.

Para encender el vehículo:

With the key fob inside the vehicle and the vehicle in PARK:

  1. Pisa el pedal de freno (y el embrague, en el caso de una transmisión manual).
  2. Press the Stop/Start or Power button. The green indicator on the button will illuminate and the vehicle engine will start.

Note: Pressing the Stop/Start or Power button without pressing the brake pedal will put the vehicle in ACCESSORY mode.

To shut down the vehicle:
  1. Shift into PARK.
  2. Press the Power button.

1. Find the looping arrow button on your key fob. 
2. Press it two times.
3. The turn signals will flash to confirm the remote start worked.
TEN EN CUENTA: consultar que no existan restricciones para la función de encendido a control remoto conforme tus reglamentaciones locales.
4. The vehicle will turn off after 20 minutes unless you stop the remote start before then or the vehicle is turned on.
5. Press the brake pedal and the Power button to drive.
 TEN EN CUENTA QUE: el encendido remoto se puede usar por hasta 40 minutos en total. Después de eso, tendrás que arrancar el vehículo y apagarlo antes de volver a usar el encendido a control remoto. 
 
Cancelar la función de encendido a control remoto
Puedes cancelar la función de encendido a control remoto de las siguientes tres maneras:
1. Press the looping arrow button on your key fob. Las luces de estacionamiento se apagarán. 
2. Turn on the hazard lights.
3. Turn the vehicle on and then off.

¿Qué sucede si presiono el botón Stop/Start con el vehículo en marcha y no en PARK?

If your vehicle isn’t moving, your vehicle will change to ACCESSORY mode until you shift into PARK. On vehicles equipped with Electronic Precision Shift, the vehicle will automatically shift to PARK and turn off. Si el vehículo está en movimiento, permanecerá encendido y el tablero de instrumentos te indicará que vuelvas a presionar el botón para apagar el vehículo. If you press the button again within five seconds, the vehicle will turn off and change to the ACCESSORY mode.

Dejé el control remoto tipo llave en el vehículo toda la noche y ahora el vehículo no arranca. ¿Qué sucede?
